Terms of use

Last updated 1 November 2026.

By creating an account, playing on the realm or using lasthavens.com you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you don't agree, please don't use Lasthavens.

What Lasthavens is

  • A free, independent fan project run by volunteers. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or supported by Blizzard Entertainment. World of Warcraft and Wrath of the Lich King are trademarks of Blizzard Entertainment, Inc.
  • Nothing is for sale. We never charge for the game, items, boosts or anything else, and we don't take donations or payments of any kind. Anyone asking you to pay for something "from Lasthavens" is not us.
  • No cryptocurrency. We have not created and don't support, promote or take part in any cryptocurrency, token, coin or NFT. Any that uses our name is not ours and has nothing to do with us.

Who can play

You must be at least 13. If you're under 18, you need a parent's or guardian's permission.

Your account

  • Keep your password to yourself. You're responsible for what happens on your account. Staff will never ask for your password.
  • Don't sell, buy or trade accounts.
  • We may warn, mute, suspend, ban or delete accounts that break these terms or the rules, and we may remove or rename characters and guilds with offensive names.

The rules

These apply in game and on our Discord. Staff have the final say.

  1. Be respectful. No harassment, hate speech, slurs, threats or personal attacks.
  2. No spam or advertising, including other servers, and no unsolicited messages to other players.
  3. Keep it safe for work. No sexual, gory or shock content in names, chat or images.
  4. No impersonating staff, and never share your account details.
  5. No cheating. No hacks, bots, automation or modified clients, beyond the addons in the in-game AddOn Library.
  6. Don't copy the client. The Lasthavens web client and its files are for playing here only: don't download, copy, redistribute, host elsewhere, decompile or reverse engineer them.
  7. Report exploits, don't use them. Abusing a bug on purpose can get you banned.
  8. No real-money trading. Don't buy or sell gold, items, characters, accounts or powerleveling for real money, anywhere. Sites selling these have nothing to do with us, and buying from them can cost you your money and your account.
  9. Sensible names for characters and guilds.
  10. Play fair. World PvP is part of the game; endlessly griefing the same low-level player isn't.

What you post

World chat is public: it's also shown in our Discord. Don't post personal information about yourself or anyone else. You're responsible for what you say, name and share, and we may remove it.

Creator Program

Creator rewards are in-game items only, never money. We decide who joins, and we may change or end the program, or remove a creator, at any time.

No guarantees

  • Lasthavens is provided as it is, for free, with no promise that it will be available, work without bugs or keep your progress. Realms can be restarted, rolled back, reset or changed.
  • Lasthavens may shut down at any time, with or without notice. Nothing was paid for, so nothing is owed if it does.
  • As far as the law allows, the Lasthavens team isn't liable for any loss or damage from using it. Nothing here takes away rights you have by law that can't be excluded.

Rights holders

If you hold rights in something used here and have a concern, email [email protected]. We read every message and will respond promptly.

Changes

We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top and say so on Discord for big changes. Playing after a change means you accept the new terms.
