Play Wrath of the Lich King on an Android phone
Lasthavens runs Wrath of the Lich King in Chrome on Android. There is no APK to download, so nothing to sideload and nothing to trust but the website. You get the game’s own interface with touch controls added.
What you need
- An Android phone or tablet with a recent version of Chrome
- Wi-Fi for the first visit, which downloads about 50 MB before the login screen
- A free Lasthavens account, which you make on the game’s login screen
Start playing
- Open lasthavens.com/play in Chrome.
- Turn your phone sideways and tap the screen once. The game goes full screen and stays in landscape.
- Tap Create Account, pick a name and password, then tap Login.
- Make a character and play.
Install it as an app
Open Chrome’s menu and choose Add to Home screen or Install app. Lasthavens then opens full screen from your home screen.
Touch controls
| Action | How |
|---|---|
| Move | The stick, bottom left. It centres itself wherever your thumb lands. |
| Cast and attack | The action arc, bottom right. These are the real action bar buttons, with cooldowns and range. |
| Click | Tap. |
| Right click | Hold for about half a second. |
| Turn the camera | Drag across the world. |
| Zoom | Pinch. |
| Close a window | Tap with two fingers at once, or press the back button. |
| Type | Tap a text box and the keyboard opens. |
Interface Options › Touch has the button size, stick size, how long a hold takes and the camera speed, and a left-handed layout.
Switching apps
Come back from another app and the game reconnects you to the same character. Tap once to go full screen again.
If it doesn’t load
- Open the link in Chrome itself, not inside another app’s browser.
- Close other tabs to free memory.
- More help: the game won’t load.
