The game won't load: what to try

Most loading problems come down to the browser. Start at the top: each fix takes a minute.

“Your browser can’t run the game”

The game draws with WebGL 2. Use a recent Chrome, Edge or Firefox on a computer, Safari on an iPhone or iPad, or Chrome on Android. Turning on hardware acceleration in your browser’s settings can also bring WebGL 2 back.

You opened the link inside another app

Discord, Instagram, TikTok and other apps open links in their own small browser, and it can’t run the game. Use the app’s menu to open the page in Safari or Chrome.

It stops partway through the download

The first visit downloads about 50 MB before the login screen. On a slow or patchy connection, reload the page: what was already downloaded is kept, so it carries on rather than starting again.

It loads, then the page reloads or goes blank

That is usually the browser running out of memory, most often on older phones. Close other tabs and apps and try again. On a phone, Wi-Fi and a charger help too.

Nothing works

Ask in the Discord. Say which device and browser you use and what you see, and someone will help.
